Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SiteForge AI (“SiteForge”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the SiteForge AI website builder, editor, hosting, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for other users.

3. The Service & AI-generated content

The Service generates website layouts, copy, and design assets from descriptions you provide, and lets you edit and publish the result.

Ownership: as between you and SiteForge, you own the website content you create and publish with the Service, including AI-generated output produced from your prompts, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

AI output may be imperfect or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything you publish.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive (including phishing or scams), or that distributes malware or spam.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, probe or bypass security controls, scrape the Service at abusive rates, or resell access without written permission.

We may remove published sites that violate these rules.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

The Service is offered on a free Freemium plan and paid Pro ($49/month) and Business ($99/month) plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your sites revert to Freemium limits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and incidents are communicated on our status page.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change is material.

7. Intellectual property

SiteForge and its licensors own the Service itself — the software, brand, templates, and underlying technology. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteForge's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you are on a free plan). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends; published sites may be taken offline, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiteForge AI is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
